- Workshop Run dates: This is a monthly program that renews each month. Options are available for single-month or annual purchases.
Guarantee: If during the program you decide to withdraw due to the workshop not delivering what it promised to you, and you wish to obtain your money-back guarantee, you must do so by the 3rd day of the current month. Below is the cancellation period for 2023.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registered participants who cancel may choose to access the following refund policy:
- You are welcome to cancel at any time.
- No refunds for the current month after the 3rd of the current month.
Program Changes
Katt Stearns Consuln reserves the right to alter dates and/or times of the program if registration criteria are not met or if conditions beyond our control occur. All efforts will be made to contact each registrant if changes occur. If the program is not held for any reason, Katt Stearns Consulting’s liability is limited to the program fee only.
Billing
When you join Making Sense of Social Media + Digital Marketing, you are charged the day you sign up. Regardless of the day you signed up, you will receive access to the current month’s issue at the begining of the month. Then you will be charged on a monthly basis on the same day each month going forward. Example: If you join on May 10th, all subsequent monthly charges will be on the 10th of the following months of your subscription.
